GPU Accelerated extraction of a slice from a voxel array
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá paralelní implementací extrakce velkých množství řezů z voxelového pole s použitím výpočetního výkonu grafických karet společnosti NVIDIA a technologie CUDA. Práce dále teoreticky navrhuje způsob distribuovaného běhu na více grafických kartách dostupných na více strojích.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the parallel implementation of slices' extraction from voxel array using the computing power of NVIDIA graphics cards and CUDA technology. Thesis also theoretically proposes a method of distributed run on multiple graphics cards available on multiple machines.
