Business in the Czech Republic on the Basis of the Trade License

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na živnostenské podnikání. Práce se věnuje vymezení podmínek a požadavků, které musí podnikatel splňovat, hodlá-li podnikat na základě živnostenského oprávnění. Část práce se věnuje vzniku a provozu vybraných řemeslných živností, které jsou provozovány převážně v provozovnách. Dále je charakterizována role živnostenského úřadu jako centrálního registračního místa. Zahrnuje postup začínajícího podnikatele směřující k získání živnostenského oprávnění.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on Business on the basis of the Trade License. This thesis concerns of the conditions and requirements which must be met by entrepreneur for carrying on licensed trade. The part of this thesis is focused on notifying and also on carrying on selected vocational trade, which are mostly carrying on in the establishment. Next the thesis defines the role of the Trade License Office as a central registration point. The process of starting entrepreneur how to gain the trade authorization is included.
