Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na popis metod používaných při manipulaci s materiálem na výrobní lince. Na základě stávající analýzy provedené ve Výrobním závodě Iveco Vysoké Mýto navrhuje zavedení metody milkrun, která má podniku ušetřit náklady na dopravu, skladování a finanční prostředky, které má vázané v zásobách. Na závěr navrhované metody řešení ekonomicky hodnotí.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the description of the methods used for material handling on the production line. Based on the current analysis performed at the factory Iveco High Toll proposes the introduction of a method milkrun, which is the company save costs on transportation, storage and financial resources, which is tied up in stocks. At conclusion, are proposed methods of solving economic value.
