Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je sepsána na téma Náležitosti, na kterých je třeba trvat při uzavírání manželství. Práce kriticky analyzuje platnou právní úpravu se zaměřením na vymezení jednotlivých náležitostí, bez kterých nelze manželství uzavřít vůbec, a na kterých je tedy třeba trvat bezvýhradně, a v souvislosti s tím budou podány úvahy de lege ferenda. This thesis deals with the topic The requirements to be insisted on when contracting a marriage. This thesis critically analyses the current legislation with a focus on the definition of the individual requisites without which a marriage cannot be solemnized at all and which must therefore be insisted on unconditionally, and de lege ferenda considerations will be given in this connection.
