Diplomová práce pojednává o vztahu aktuálního celního kodexu k celním předpisům předchozím, a to včetně identifikace dopadů na vnitrostátní právní úpravu. Autor se ve své práci zaměřuje na charakteristiku právní úpravy celních předpisů, a to v rámci vývoje od celního zákona z roku 1927 po celní kodex Unie. The diploma thesis deals with the relationship between the current Customs Code and the previous customs regulations, including the impacts identification to the national legislation.
