The difference in motor level by competitors in rhythmic gymnastics and step aerobics
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá úrovní hrubé motoriky závodnic moderní gymnastiky a step aerobiku ve věku 12-15 let. Zjišťování proběhlo pomocí 11 motorických testů, zaměřených na silové, vytrvalostní, pohyblivostní, rytmické a rovnováhové schopnosti. Testová baterie byla sestavena ze standardizovaných motorických testů vhodných pro tyto dva sporty. Výsledky testů byly zpracovány do tabulek a průměrné hodnoty …more
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis is focused on the level of selected motor abilities of competitors of rhythmic gymnastics and step aerobics in the age of 12-15. We used 11 motor tests which were focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, rhythmic and balance abilities. Test battery was formed of standardized motor tests suitable for these two sports.
