V této diplomové práci jsem zkoumala stromové veverky tribu Sciurini a jejich evoluční historii uplatněním dvou různých přístupů, molekulárně-genetického a morfologického. Abstract:
In this diploma thesis, I studied the tree squirrels of the tribe Sciurini and their evolutionary history by applying two different approaches, molecular genetic and morphological analyses. I compared evolutionary signals in all currently available genetic sequences using a comprehensive phylogenetic analysis and the morphology of squirrel skulls using a modern method of geometric morphometry.
