Abstract:
Práce se zabývá reklamační procedurou faktických vad v režimu Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží a je rozdělena na několik kapitol. Jde o kapitoly týkající se vadnosti plnění, prohlídky zboží, oznamování vad, vztahem mezi objektivní časovou lhůtou v čl 39/2 a zárukou. This paper deals with the complaint procedure of factual defects in accordance with CISG. Its devided into several chapters. These chapters are quaily of the goods and defects in quality, examination of goods and notice of non-conformity.
