Anotace:

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a commercial company BBC Studios, which is a part of BBC Group. I chose specifically this topic because I am interested in film industry and the aim of my project is to analyze BBC Studios and implement the best Strategy for the company as it was founded in 2018 and considered as new in comparison to BBC Group. The bachelor’s thesis will include external and internal analyses as well as the theoretical and practical parts to understand the way the company operates.
