Analysis of the competition impact to the company life.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá okolním prostředím gastronomického provozu a strategickou analýzou. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a definovány jednotlivé metody situační analýzy, které jsou aplikovány k dosažení cíle. Cílem této bakalářské práce je stanovení vlivu konkurence, identifikace rizik vyplývající z konkurenčního prostředí a příslušné návrhy vyplývající z tohoto rizika za použití případové studie společnosti FERDINANDA s.r.o. Ve druhé části práce je zpracována analýza makroprostředí podniku pomocí metody PESTEL, analýza mikrookolí s využitím Porterova modelu pěti sil a komparace konkurenceschopnosti metodou benchmarking. Pro zhodnocení vnitřního prostředí podniku je využita SW analýza silných a slabých stránek a BCG matice pro analýzu produktového portfolia. Informace jednotlivých analýz jsou následně zpracovány formou svodné SWOT analýzy. Závěry provedené strategické marketingové situační analýzy jsou v poslední části práce použity pro predikci budoucího vývoje a k návrhu doporučení pro vedení firmy FERDINANDA s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the environment of a gastronomic establishment and strategic analysis. The first part of the thesis defines the basic terms and defines the various methods of situational analysis, which are applied to achieve the goal. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the impact of competition, identify risks arising from the competitive environment and relevant proposals arising from this risk using a case study of company FERDINANDA Ltd. In the second part of the work is elaborated the analysis of the macro-environment of the company using the PESTEL analysis. The micro-environment is analyzed using Porter's five forces framework and competitiveness analysis by benchmarking. SW analysis of strengths and weaknesses and BCG matrix for product portfolio analysis are used to evaluate the internal environment of the company. The resulting information of each elaborated analysis is then processed in a synthetic SWOT analysis. The conclusions of the strategic marketing situational analysis are used in the last part of the work to predict future events and to propose recommendations for the management of the company FERDINANDA Ltd.
