Táto práca pojednáva o vplyve nariadenia Brusel I ako aj jeho revidovaného znenia na tretie štáty. Najprv sú vymedzené podmienky pôsobnosti uvedeného komunitárneho predpisu, a to za účelom následnej analýzy v nariadení obsiahnutých pravidiel príslušnosti, ktoré sa dotýkajú tretích štátov.
