This master’s thesis deals with the development of new sensitive analytical method for determination of glutathione in biological samples by capillary electrophoresis with 515 nm laser induced fluorescence. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá vývojom novej citlivej analytickej metódy na stanovenie glutathionu v biologických vzorkách pomocou kapilárnej elektroforézy s 515 nm laserom indukovanou fluorescenciou. Na detekciu glutathionu bola použitá derivatizácia pomocou fluorescenčného činidla eosin-5-maleimidu.
