Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje rekonstrukci trestného činu. První kapitola zabývá pojmem kriminalistické taktiky. Následně se věnuje samotnému pojmu rekonstrukce, její právní úpravy a dále i historií. V dalších kapitolách se čtenáři seznámí s druhy rekonstrukce a také jejími subjekty, které se rekonstrukce účastní. This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the reconstruction of a crime. The first chapter deals with the concept of criminal tactics. Subsequently, it deals with the very concept of reconstruction, its legal regulations and also history.
