The aim of the thesis is to confront real business correspondence concerning placing and acknowledging orders to the English standard for writing formal correspondence. The thesis should display the most significant cultural varieties in the real correspondence. Abstract:
Cílem této práce je konfrontovat skutečnou obchodní korespondenci týkající se objednávek s pravidly pro psaní anglické formální korespondence a popsat nejvýraznější národnostní znaky jejich autorů. Teoretická část této práce popisuje úpravu formálního dopisu, faxu a e-mailu a jaké fráze mohou být použity při podávání a přijímání objednávek. Praktická část zkoumá skutečnou korespondenci.
