Tématem práce je elektronická kontraktace v obchodním styku, tedy proces uzavírání smluv mezi podnikatelskými subjekty. This diploma thesis deals with electronic contracting in commercial trade, i.e. the process of contracting among entrepreneurs. This diploma will deal with individual aspects of electronic contracting itself, as well as those closely related to it, with the aim to identify primary benefits of electronic contracting for entrepreneurs, but also to find some of the risks stemming from electronic contracting …more
