Moje diplomová práce se týká dvou efektů, které doprovázejí mražení vodných roztoků – potenciálu mrznutí a okyselování nebo alkalizování roztoků během mražení. Tyto dva efekty spolu úzce souvisí. My diploma thesis deals with two effects that accompany the freezing of aqueous solutions – the freezing potential phenomenon and the acidification or alkalization of solutions upon freezing. These two effects are closely related to each other. The cause of these effects is simple – ice is selectively intolerant to impurities.
