PML tělíska jsou sub-jaderné proteinové komplexy, vyskytující se v interchromatinových prostorech. Do dnešní doby byla popsána asociace těchto tělísek s více než stovkou dalších proteinů. Také proto jim byla připsána úloha téměř v kterémkoliv biologickém procesu probíhajícím v buněném jádře. Abstract:
PML bodies are sub-nuclear protein complexes, which exist in interchromatin domains. Until today more than one hundered another proteins were described to spatialy colocalize with this particles. Due to these interactions virtually every posible nuclear funcition was attached to them.
