German Unification and Velvet Revolution in the Eyes of Young Adults in Germany and in the Czech Republic

The goal of this thesis was the comparison of opinions and knowledge of the Velvet Revolution, the Fall of the Berlin Wall and the German Reunification between young Czechs and Germans. Cílem této práce je porovnání názorů a vědomostí o Sametové revoluci a sjednocení Německa u mladých lidí v České republice a v Německu. V první části práce je stručně naznačen historický vývoj v Evropě v na konci 80. let, který je doplněn o názory účastníků těchto událostí.
