Abstract:
U roztoků bovinního sérového albuminu (BSA) a deoxyribonukleové kyseliny (DNA) byl zkoumán vliv ultrazvuku měřením povrchového napětí Wilhelmyho metodou a spektrofotometrickým měřením. Povrchová napětí i absorpční maxima byla zjišťována v závislosti na době ozvučení a také na době uplynulé od ozvučení. Pro všechna ozvučování byla zvolena konstantní intenzita. By way of using measurement of surface tension and spectrophotometry was investigated the action of ultrasound to the solutions of BSA and DNA. The surface tension was measured using Wilhelmy plate method. The dependence of surface tension was detected as a function of treatment time and after ultrasound treatment, too.
