Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá celiakií u dětí na základních školách. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Část teoretická se věnuje základním pojmům a informacím týkající se celiakie a bezlepkové diety. Zabývá se charakteristikou nemoci, jejími projevy, diagnostikou či léčbou. Na konci teoretické části se rodiče i děti mohou dozvědět několik praktických informací, které se týkají se stravování ve školních jídelnách. Praktická část vychází z výsledků výzkumu, který je zaměřený na samotné děti s celiakií a jejich rodiče. V závěru práce se nachází srovnání teorie a toho, jak v realitě děti s celiakií z výzkumu a jejich rodiče onemocnění prožívají.

Abstract:

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the coeliac disease of children at primary school. Thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts and information about celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. It is also describing the characteristics of the disease, it’s symptoms, diagnostic and treatment. At the end of the theoretical part parents or children can find practical information about eating at school cafeterias. The practical part is based on the results of the research, which is focused on the children with a celiac disease and their parents. At the end of this thesis, a comparison between the theoretical base and the real-life experiences of children suffering coealiac disease is described together with the view of their parents.
