Abrazivní opotřebení biopolymerních kompozitů s přírodními plnivy

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem abrazivního opotřebení biopolymeru na bázi kyseliny poly(L-mléčné) s částicovými plnivy z rýžových slupek a kávové sedliny. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a experimentální. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis biokompozitních systémů a vlastností biopolymerních matric, zejména tedy z kyseliny polymléčné. Dále jsou charakterizována přírodní plniva a jejich využití v biopolymerních matricích. V neposlední řádě jsou zde uvedeny základní poznatky z oblasti abrazivního opotřebení biopolymerů a metody jejich vyhodnocování. V experimentální části je popsáno použití biokompozitního systému s přírodními plnivy, příprava granulátu a zhotovení zkušebních vzorků. Hlavní část experimentu popisuje provedení zkoušky abrazivního opotřebení, hodnocení jeho velikosti a stanovení koeficientu tření. V diskuzi je poukázáno na pozitivní vliv kávové sedliny a rýžových slupek snižující abrazivní opotřebení PLLA kompozitu a v případě kávové sedliny také jeho třecích vlastností.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis investigates the abrasive wear of a poly(L-lactic acid) based biopolymer with particulate fillers of rice husk and coffee grounds. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the biocomposite systems and the properties of biopolymer matrices which are mostly based on polylactic acid. Furthermore, natural fillers and their use in biopolymer matrices are explained. Last but not least, there is presented a basic knowledge in the field of abrasive wear of biopolymers and methods of evaluation. In the experimental part, the description of the used biocomposite system with natural fillers, the preparation of granulate and specimens can be found. The main part of the experiment describes the performance of the abrasive wear test, the evaluation of the wear magnitude and the determination of the friction coefficient. The discussion points out positive effects of coffee grounds and rice husks that reduce the abrasive wear of the PLLA composite and, in the case of coffee grounds, it is frictional properties.
