Restructuring in Terms of Sales Activity

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá restrukturalizací podniku a jeho prodejní činnosti. Je zde popsána současná ekonomická situace u nás i ve světě a vliv krize na ní. Uvádím druhy podniků v České republice a jejich členění podle právní formy, hospodářských odvětví a velikosti. Další kapitoly se zabývají otázkami, proč dochází k restrukturalizacím, jakým způsobem jsou prováděny, jaké druhy restrukturalizací existují. Větší prostor jsem věnoval restrukturalizaci prodejní činnosti. Na první část navazuje příklad z praxe, kde popisuji restrukturalizaci podniku zabývajícího se prodejem sportovního vybavení a pořádáním adrenalinových zážitků. Stručně zde uvádím jeho historii a vývoj, proč v něm proběhla restrukturalizace a jakých oblastí činnosti se restrukturalizace týkala. V závěru práce jsem se pokusil srovnat průběh restrukturalizace vybrané firmy s poznatky obsaženými v první části.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s work deals with the restructuring of entertaiment in terms of its sales activities. The work describes the current economic situation in our country and in the world and the influence of the recession on the economy. In the work I will show the kinds of entertaiment operating in the Czech Republic and their division according to legal form, economic sectors, and size. The following chapters deal with questions regarding why the restructuring is necessary, how we can carry that out and which sorts of restructurings we can meet in practice. I have paid more attention to the restructuring of sales activities. This first part of my bachelor´s work is followed by an example – the restructuring of one Czech company selling sports equipment and organising adrenaline events. I have tried to describe very briefly the history of the company, the reasons of restructuring, in which departments the restructuring went through, and what was its result. At the end of the work I compare the results of restructuring in this particular case with theoretical principles.
