Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se věnuji problému genetických asociačních studií, kdy jsou někteří jedinci souboru příbuzní. Zaměřuji se především na studie pacientů a kontrol s pacienty v příbuzenském vztahu. Aby byly asociační analýzy takových datových souborů korektní, je nutné vzít v úvahu korelaci mezi pokrevně příbuznými jedinci. In this thesis I study the issue of genetic association studies in samples where some individuals are biologically related. I focus mainly on case control studies with patients in a biological relationship. When performing an analysis of such data sets it is important to account for the correlation among relatives.
