Perinatální ztráta- Péče o ženu s diagnozou foetus mortus a psychický dopad na zdravotnický personál

Abstract:

Cíl: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda jsou porodní asistentky v českých porodnicích dostatečně informované o této problematice a jak samotná diagnóza ovlivňuje jejich psychiku. Metodika: Průzkum byl proveden kvantitativní metodou. Metodou sběru dat byl kvantitativní dotazník vlastní konstrukce, který obsahuje 14 otázek. Průzkumu se zúčastnily celkem 3 české porodnice, z toho jednou z nich bylo perinatologické centrum. Souborem respondentů byly porodní asistentky pracující na porodním sále. Výsledky: K analýze dat bylo využito čárkovací metody a následné zanesení výsledků do tabulek a grafů. Podrobné výsledky průzkumu pak reflektuji v diskuzi a závěru práce. Je zjevné, že se většina dotazovaných porodních asistentek s diagnózou Foetus mortus (mrtvý plod) setkala a po psychické stránce se většina z nich dokázala s touto náročnou životní situací vyrovnat dobře. Převažuje zde ale velký zájem o semináře na toto téma, z čehož můžeme usuzovat, že české porodní asistentky nejsou na tuto situaci dostatečně připraveny a vyžadují možnost dalšího vzdělávání v této problematice. Závěr: Perinatální ztráta je zátěž nejen pro ženu a její nejbližší, ale také pro zdravotnický personál, který se ocitá v bezprostřední blízkosti tomuto problému. Smrt člověka očekáváme ve většině případů až po naplnění jeho životní role. O to složitěji se vyrovnáváme se smrtí dítěte, jehož role nebyla nijak zastoupena ani naplněna. V péči o ženu po perinatální ztrátě je nejdůležitější umět být ženě oporou, být v této problematice dostatečně edukována, poskytovat cenné rady a zodpovědět na všechny otázky spojené s touto diagnózou.

Abstract:

Aim: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out, if the midwifes in the Czech maternity hospital are enough informed about this problematic and how the diagnosis itself influence their psyche. Methodology: The research has been realized by the quantitative methodology. Methodology of the collecting data was quantitative questionnaire of its own design, which contains 14 questions. The survey was attended by 3 Czech maternity hospitals, and one of them was perinatology center. Group of respondents was midwifes, who are working in birth room. Results: To analyze data were used dashing methodology and subsequent record of this results in to the tables and graphs. Detailed results of survey are reflected in the discussion at the end of the thesis. It is obvious that most of the interviewed midwives with the diagnosis of Foetus mortus (dead fetus) met, and on the psychological side, most of them managed to cope well with this difficult life situation. However, there is a great deal of interest in seminars on this topic, from which we can conclude that Czech midwives are not sufficiently prepared for this situation and require further education in this field Conclusion: Perinatal loss is burden not only for women and her next of kin, but also for health personnel, which is facing off immediate proximity of this issue. Death of person is expected after fulfilling his life role. It is more difficult to cope with the death of a child, whose role has not been represented or fulfilled. In the care of a woman after perinatal loss, it is most important to be a support for the women, also be in this problematic educated enough and be able to provide valuable advices, or answer all of these questions which are associated with this diagnosis.
