Skladování ve společnosti DEK a.s.

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá skladováním ve společnosti Stavebniny DEK a.s. První hlavní kapitola obsahuje teoretické vymezení skladování a skladovacích procesů. V druhé hlavní kapitole se provádí analýza současného stavu skladování společnosti. Na výsledky z analýzy navazuje poslední kapitola, jejímž obsahem je navržení opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení procesu skladování.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with warehousing at the company called Stavebniny DEK a.s. The first chapter contains the theoretical definition of warehousing and its processes. The second chapter analyse the current state of the company's warehousing process. The results of the analysis are evaluated in the last chapter which also proposes measures how to improve the warehousing process.
