Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá domovským právem v Lomnici nad Popelkou do roku 1914. Práce je postavena na zákoně o domovském právu č. 105 z roku 1863 a jeho novele č. 222 z roku 1896. K tomuto zákonu byly vyhledány praktické příklady, které se v Lomnici v této době odehrály. Stručně jsou přiblíženy některé události města v 19. století. Abstract:
This work describes application of the right of domicile in Lomnice nad Popelkou to 1914. The base for this work is law number 105 from 1863 and his novel number 222 from 1896. I sought practical examples, which happened in Lomnice in this time. I described some events of the town in the 19th century. Marginally I discusses some economic events in the city in this period.
