The collective industrial law: trade-union organizations and employer´s associations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jednu část pracovního práva - kolektivní pracovní právo a vztahy mezi zaměstnavateli a odborovými organizacemi. Upravuje práva a povinnosti odborových organizací a jejich účastníků, dále vysvětluje postup při uzavírání kolektivních smluv a v neposlední řadě i kolektivní spory a jejich řešení. Poslední část porovnává dvě odborové organizace v konkrétních podnicích především z hlediska kolektivních smluv.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on one part of the labor law ? the collective industrial law and collective relations between employers and trade union organizations. Regulates the rights and obligations of trade unions and their participants, explains the process of collective agreements and also the collective disputes and their resolution. The last section compares the two trade unions in certain companies primarily in terms of collective agreements.
