Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku výživy u hospitalizovaných seniorů. Teoretická část se zabývá hodnocením stavu výživy, nutriční terapií, etickým pohledem na umělou výživu a shrnutím základních poznatků, které se týkají malnutrice. Praktická část analyzuje, prezentuje a hodnotí data získaná během výzkumu, který je zaměřen na hodnocení stavu výživy u hospitalizovaných seniorů. Na základě …more

Bachelor study is focused on nutriment problems as far as concerns hospitalized seniors. Theoretical part of the study deals with condition assessment of nutriment, nutriment therapy, ethical view on synthetic aliment and summary of basic information concerning malnutrition.
