Analysis of the calculation system in the specific enterprise

Abstract:

Kalkulace jsou důležitou složkou účetnictví podniků zabývající se výrobou a poskytováním služeb, slouží k rozhodování o množství a kvalitě vyráběného sortimentu, k tvorbě cenové politiky podniku a k plánování a kontrole stanovených cílů. Tato práce se zabývá kalkulačním systémem, který se dále dělí dle doby stanovování kalkulace, kalkulačními vzorci, které napomáhají zjistit cenu výkonu a zisk společnosti a kalkulačními metodami, které alokují nepřímé náklady a tím přispívají k nejvěrnějšímu zobrazení nákladů na výkon. V druhé části práce jsou některé metody aplikovány na živnostenskou společnost zabývající se výrobou parfémů. Cíle dané společností byly najít věrnou kalkulační metodu s využitím existujících zdrojů, dále najít náklady, na kterých lze ušetřit.

Abstract:

Businesses engaged in manufacturing and services are using calculations to decide the quantity and quality of their outputs, to determine the pricing policy and to plan ahead and control company’s goals. This thesis firstly concentrates on calculation systems, divided by the time of drawing up, secondly on calculation formulas, which helps to determine the prices of the outputs and the company’s profits at last calculation methods, which allocate indirect costs and thereby contribute to a fair presentation of costs per output. The second part of this thesis concentrates on the practical usage of these accounting tools, they are applied on a trading business, selling perfumes to customers, who can mix their own perfume, so this business is providing services too. The main goal given by the company were to find a calculation method, which will portray faithfully and not using any more costs, the second goal was to find costs that can be cut.
