The Evolution of Home Office Mode of Working due to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupem konkrétní divize zkoumané společnosti k režimu práce z domova před pandemií a po pandemii COVID-19. V teoretické části rekapituluje definici práce z domova a její formy, následně mapuje dopady práce z domova v kontextu pandemie COVID-19, shrnuje technologie spojené s prací z domova a popisuje platnou legislativní úpravu a její chystanou novelizaci. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zkoumanou společnost, metodiku výzkumu za pomoci dotazníku a interpretaci výsledků zjištěných ve výzkumném šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the attitude of the specific division of the examined company towards the regime of working from home before and after the pandemic of COVID-19. The theoretical part recapitulates the definition of work from home and its forms, maps the impact of work from home in the context of the COVID-19 pandemics, summarizes technology connected to working from home and describes the applicable legislation and its foreseen amendments. The practical part is focused on the examined company, the methodology of research through questionnaire and interpretation of the results of the research.
