Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá legitimitou a povahou soudní větve státní moci v kontextu politicko-právní povahy moci a v kontextu teorie dělby moci.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on legitimacy and characteristics of the judicial branch of a state´s power in the context of a political and legal nature of the power and in the context of the theory of Separation of powers.
