Alternative forms of cooperation between nursery school and family

Abstract:

Jedná se o bakalářskou práci teoreticko-empirického charakteru a pojednává o alternativ-ních formách spolupráce mateřské školy a rodiny. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se problematiky spolupráce mateřské školy a rodiny. Tato část se zaměřuje na důležitost spolupráce mezi mateřskou školou a rodinou, běžné formy spolupráce, na rozdíly ve spolupráci u běžné a alternativní mateřské školy a také na komunikaci jako základ spolupráce mezi mateřskou školou a rodinou. Výzkumná část má za cíl popsat formy spolupráce MŠ a rodiny, určit, jaké formy rodiče a pedagogové chápou v této souvislosti jako alternativní. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo osm re-spondentů obou stran. Mateřská škola byla zastoupena ředitelkou a čtyřmi učitelkami, rodi-ny třemi rodiči. Bylo realizováno výzkumné šetření s ředitelkou, učitelkami a rodiči. Vý-zkum byl proveden formou polostrukturovaného interview.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis is of theoretical and empirical character and focuses on alternative ways of cooperation between mateřská škola (kindergarten) and the family. The first (theoretical) part defines the key concepts used to describe this kind of cooperati-on and stresses its importance to both sides. It deals with common forms of cooperation, differences between forms understood as traditional and alternative by parents and tea-chers and also explores communication as the basic form of cooperation between mateřská škola (kindergarten) and the family. The principal aim of the second (research) part is to describe forms of cooperation between mateřská škola and the family and to specify which forms are understood as alternative by parents and teachers. Eight respondents on both sides were involved. Those from mateřská škola included a female head and four teachers, families were represented by three parents. In the research, semi-structured interviews were used.
