Analyse der Fachkommunikation unter Subjekten im Bereich der Stomatologie

Analysis of professional communication among subjects in the field of dentistry
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to point out the mistakes and problems in the communication of a dentist/doctor with a patient. In a questionnaire, it was found out that these problems arise mostly by patients and they are caused by a poor knowledge of language expertise. The suggestions how to improve the communication are mentioned in the final part of the thesis.

Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, auf Fehler und Probleme in der Kommunikation zwischen Mediziner/Stomatologen und Patienten aufzuzeigen. Durch den Fragebogen wurde festgestellt, dass diese Probleme meistens von der Seite des Patienten entstehen und sind mit niedrigen Kenntnissen der Fachsprache der Stomatologie verursacht.
