Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na projektové řízení a inovace. V prvních dvou kapitolách je čtenář seznámen s teoretickým základem projektového řízení a managementem inovací. Dozví se informace o životním cyklu projektu, jednotlivých projektových plánech a typech inovací. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány praktické části, která obsahuje zpracování projektu Automatizace výrobního procesu ve výrobním závodě v Břasích. Mimo popis této technologické inovace jsou v souvislosti s tímto projektem vyhotoveny projektové plány (plán rozsahu, časový plán, plán zdrojů a nákladů a plán rizik). Jelikož se daná firma zajímá o možnosti neustálého zlepšování, čtenář se dočte, jaké má plány do budoucna.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on project management and innovation. In the first two chapters, the reader is introduced to the theoretical basis of project management and innovation management. He will learn about the project life cycle, individual project plans and types of innovations. The following chapters are devoted to the practical part, which contains the elaboration of the project Automation of the production process in the production plant in Břasy. In addition to the description of this technological innovation, project plans (scope plan, timetable, resource and cost plan and risk plan) are prepared in connection with this project. Because the company is interested in the possibility of continuous improvement, the reader will read about future company plans.
