Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je připomenout vážnou situaci týraných žen v naší moderní spo-lečnosti, která je v posledních letech alarmující. Obsahuje definice a vymezení pojmů souvisejících s domácím násilím, historii a vývojem domácího násilí, identifikaci, jeho specifika, včetně jeho znaků, forem, příčin a mýtů, na kterou navazuje legislativní rámec právní úpravy, jeho vývoj a samostatné pilíře právní nor-my domácího násilí. Závěr teoretické části uzavírá kapitola, která se zabývá úkoly policie při pomoci obětem domácího násilí, postup při jejich řešení, jednání policisty s obětí trestného činu domácího násilí včetně prevence a pomoci i ze strany neziskových organiza-cí. V empirické části práce je kvantitativní výzkum včetně metod a techniky sběru dat. Na základě takto získaných dat je provedena analýza odpovědí na výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to draw attention to the serious situation of abused wo-men in today´s society which comes to the alarming numbers in the last years. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on definitions and explanations of basic keywords and terms related to domestic violence, history and evolution of domestic violence and its identification. Further it enumerates the specifics of domestic violence including its sym-bols, forms, causes and myths. The legislative framework, its development and basic prin-ciples, are included in this theoretical part. The final charter of the theoretical part is focused on the role of police in helping the victims of domestic violence, case following procedures, behavior of police officers while dealing with the victim of the domestic violence and also on prevention and help from non-profit organizations. The empirical part deals with the quantitative research including the descriptions of the methods and data collection techniques. The final analysis is done on the basis of gathered data {--} answers for research-questions.
