Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit závažnost nedostatku technicky kvalifikovaných pracovníků v České republice, podrobněji problém specifikovat, zjistit jeho příčiny a možná řešení. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate seriousness of shortage of technically qualified personnel in the Czech Republic, to specify the problem in detail, identify its causes and possible solutions.
