Subjective copyright and legal possibilities of their constraints
Abstract:
Táto práce podává celkový přehled základů autorského práva, její historický vývoj, ne jenom na území ČR, ale i kontinentální vývoj práva a dnešní právní úpravu s návazností na tyto mezinárodní smlouvy, pakty a prameny. Dále je zaměřena na osobnostní autorská práva a jejich možnosti omezení.
Abstract:
This thesis gives an overview of the basics of copyright law, its historical development, not only in the Czech Republic, but also the development of continental law and today's legislation connected with the following international treaties, pacts and resources. It is focused on the moral rights and possible restrictions.
