Islamic Legal System in Comparative View
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá islámským právním systémem. Začátek práce je věnován definici pojmů právní kultura a právní systém. Další část se zabývá historickým vývojem islámského právního systému. Následuje obecná charakteristika islámského práva a jeho pramenů a v poslední části je provedena komparace právního postavení ženy v islámském právu a v právu českém.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with islamic legal system. The first part deals with definition of terms legal culture and legal system. The second part is dedicated to historical development of islamic law. The following part gives general characteristics of islamic law and its sources. The last part of this thesis is concerned with comparison of legal status of women in islamic and czech law.
