Abstract:
Závěrečná práce řeší problematiku vybraných aspektů likvidace pojistných událostí. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na otázky spojené s cenou časovou a cenou novou ve vztahu k pojistným smlouvám, resp. výší výplaty pojistného ve výše uvedených případech. The thesis deals with the issue of the aspects of the insurance claim settlement. Specifically, it focuses on issues related to the time price and the new price in relation to insurance contracts.
