Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a hodnocení trendů v oblasti internetového prodeje osobních automobilů. S rostoucím významem online prostředí v obchodě a spotřebitelském chování v automobilovém průmyslu je cílem této studie porozumět vlivu internetového prodeje na tradiční distribuční modely a zákaznické preference. Práce začíná stručným přehledem historického vývoje prodeje automobilů a analýzou současného stavu trhu. Následně se soustředí na specifika internetového prodeje, digitálních platforem a trendy v oblasti e-commerce. Důraz je kladen na zkoumání způsobů, jaké zákazníci využívají internet při rozhodování o nákupu automobilu a jak se tyto vzory liší od tradičního prodeje v kamenných prodejnách. Práce hodnotí, jak online prodej ovlivňuje tradiční distribuční modely a preference spotřebitelů, a poskytuje komplexní pohled na vyvíjející se dynamiku trhu. V další části práce jsou analyzovány výhody a výzvy spojené s internetovým prodejem automobilů z pohledu spotřebitelů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována otázkám důvěry, obav, bezpečnosti a možnostem testování vozidel online. Práce také například zkoumá faktory ovlivňující rozhodování zákazníků při výběru konkrétního prodejce či platformy. V diskuzi jsou informace, které mohou sloužit jako doporučení pro prodejce automobilů, kteří chtějí efektivně využít internetový prostor a možné budoucí trendy v online prodeji automobilů. Tato práce přispívá k lepšímu pochopení dynamiky automobilového trhu v digitálním věku a poskytuje užitečné informace pro profesionály v oblasti marketingu, obchodu a strategického plánování v automobilovém průmyslu. Práce přináší cenné poznatky pro odborníky v oblasti marketingu, obchodu a strategického plánování v automobilovém průmyslu, jejichž cílem je pochopit a přizpůsobit se probíhajícím změnám směrem k digitalizaci prodeje automobilů. Zabývá se také možnými budoucími trendy v tomto odvětví a naznačuje neustálý vývoj směrem k integrovaným online a offline prodejním zkušenostem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of trends in the field of internet sales of passenger cars. With the growing importance of the online environment in business and consumer behaviour in the automotive industry, the aim of this thesis is to understand the impact of Internet sales on traditional distribution models and customer preferences. The thesis begins with a brief overview of the historical development of car sales and an analysis of the current state of the market. It then focuses on the specifics of Internet sales, digital platforms and e-commerce trends. Emphasis is placed on examining the ways in which customers use the Internet to make car buying decisions and how these patterns differ from traditional brick-and-mortar sales. The paper evaluates how online sales are influencing traditional distribution models and consumer preferences and provides a comprehensive view of the evolving market dynamics. The next part of the thesis analyses the benefits and challenges associated with online car sales from the consumers' perspective. Particular attention is paid to issues of trust, concerns, safety and the possibility of testing vehicles online. For example, the thesis also examines the factors influencing consumers' decision-making when choosing a particular dealer or platform. The discussion contains information that can serve as recommendations for car dealers who want to make effective use of the Internet space and possible future trends in online car sales. This work contributes to a better understanding of automotive market dynamics in the digital age and provides useful information for marketing, sales, and strategic planning professionals in the automotive industry. The work provides valuable insights for marketing, sales and strategic planning professionals in the automotive industry whose goal is to understand and adapt to the ongoing changes towards the digitalization of car sales. It also discusses possible future trends in the industry and suggests a continuous evolution towards integrated online and offline sales experiences.
