Abstract:

Forenzní entomologie je věda, která se v posledních letech rychle vyvíjí. Využití této vědy v kriminalistice přináší mnoho poznatků a důkazů při vyšetřování. Cílem této práce je vysvětlit pojem post mortem interval. Popsat jednotlivá stadia rozkladu mrtvého těla a tkání. Představit druhy bezobratlých kolonizujících nebo konzumujících tělo, jejich vývojové cykly K tomu patří vliv prostředí a teplot na vývoj jednotlivých stadií. Dále dodržování zásad při odběru matriálu - kde všude je potřeba odebírat vzorky – z těla, šatstva, z lože, z okolí, jejich množství, vhodné nádoby a nosné médium aj.

Abstract:

Forensic entomology is a science that has evolved rapidly in recent years. The use of this branch in forensic science brings a lot of support information and evidence to the investigation. The aim of this work is to explain the concept of post mortem interval, to describe individual stages of decomposition of dead tissues and corpses, species of invertebraters colonizing or consuming body, their developmental cycles, efect of environment and temperature on the development of individual stages. Additionally, adherence to the sampling policy - wherever it is necessary to take samples - from the body, the clothing, the bed, the surroundings, the quantity, the appropriate containers and the carrier medium, etc.
