Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vybranými otázkami trestněprávní ochrany autorského práva. Přestože je důraz kladen na trestněprávní problematiku, nelze se vzhledem k rozsáhlosti a propletení autorského práva skrz nejvýznamnější právní odvětví vyhnout analýze relevantních ustanovení civilní úpravy, na něž je prostřednictvím normativních znaků a blanketu v § 270 a § 271 trestního zákoníku navazováno. The thesis deals with selected issues of penal protection of copyright. Because of extent and interference of copyright with main legal branches the thesis cannot avoid civil law, because the penal protection based on article 270 and article 271 of czech penal code uses normative characters and blanket elements of crimes.
