Bakalářská práce se zabývá překladem textů z oblasti lidských zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představena teorie překladu a je vysvětlen pojem překlad, překladatelské procedury a metody, úloha překladatele a funkční styly.
