Macromolecule Characterization in Atomic Force Microscope Images
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvoření pluginů pro program ImageJ pro volumetrickou analýzu biologických preparátů nasnímaných mikroskopem atomárních sil (AFM). Součástí textu je popis AFM mikroskopu, popis metod volumetrické analýzy a vyhodnocení implementovaných algoritmů. V příloze jsou uživatelské manuály k vytvořeným pluginům.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to develop plugins for ImageJ program for volumetric analysis of biological samples scanned by atomic for microscope (AFM). In text is description of AFM microscope, description of volumetric methods and analysis of implemented algorithms. The appendix of this thesis includes user manuals of created plugins.
