Inventory of the Zdounky parish office and the operation of its registry

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské diplomové práce je vytvoření inventáře k archivnímu souboru B-j 43 Farní úřad Zdounky, který je uložen ve Státním okresním archivu Kroměříž. V teoretické části se věnuje registratuře tohoto farního úřadu. Zaměřuje se na historii a aplikaci registraturních systémů a na nařízení státních a církevních orgánů ohledně fungování registratury farních úřadů. Dále přibližuje používání registraturních značek a pomůcek v rámci lokálního registraturního systému. Práce pak také obsahuje kapitolu o metodice a způsobu pořádání archivního souboru.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the creation of an inventory for the archival fund B-j 43 Farní úřad Zdounky, which is stored in Státní okresní archiv Kroměříž. The theoretical part deals with the registry of this parish office. It focuses on the history and application of the registry systems and on the regulations of the state and church authorities regarding the operation of the registry of parish offices. It also describes the use of registry marks and tools within the local registry system. The thesis also contains a chapter on methodology and the way of organizing the archive file.
