Diplomová práce se zabývá paděláním a pozměňování bankovek a jejich právní úpravou. Nejprve stručně charakterizuji historii peněz. V další části uvedu současnou právní úpravu, která se týká dané problematiky. Popíši jednotlivé ochranné prvky bankovek a také popis výroby bankovek. The thesis deals with counterfeiting and falsification of banknotes and their legislation. Briefly describe the history of money. In the next section I will present legislation that relates to the issue. Describe the individual protective features of the banknotes and a description of the production of banknotes.
