Cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezení práva na spravedlivý proces v rámci českého trestního řízení. Základní prvky se odvíjejí od ustanovení Evropské úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod včetně judikatury Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. The aim of this work is the definition of the right to a fair trial in the Czech criminal proceedings. The basic elements are based on the provisions of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, including the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.
