Abstract:

The bachelor´s dissertation „Analysis of the additional services focused on seniors being offered by the hotel“ explore the range of selected additional hotel services in the tourism, focused on seniors in the Czech Republic, oriented on wellness services. The main aim of this final work is to determine which of the selected hotels offers for the seniors the widest range of additional services. The bachelor´s dissertation is divided into the two main parts, the theoretical part and the analytical part. The theoretical part is oriented to explain the basic concepts, with which we work in the next part. In the first chapter of the analytical part we analyze the tourism focused on seniors in the Czech Republic, and in the second chapter, we are oriented on specific hotels of second class and their services providing for the seniors. In the next chapter of the analytical part we compare hotels packages and services for seniors, with utilisation of the comparative method. At the end of the analytical part we evaluate the results of the questionnaire survey. In the final part of the bachelor´s dissertation, we evaluate previous findings and describe the suggestion to improve the bid package and other hotel services for seniors.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca „Analýza ponuky doplnkových služieb hotelu so zameraním na seniorov“ sa zaoberá skúmaním rozsahu vybraných hotelových doplnkových služieb pre seniorský cestovný ruch v Českej republike, zameraných na wellness služby. Cieľom práce je zistiť, ktorý z vybraných hotelov ponúka pre seniorských návštevníkov najširšiu ponuku doplnkových služieb. Práca sa skladá z dvoch časti, z teoretickej a analytickej. V teoretickej časti vysvetľujeme základné pojmy, s ktorými pracujeme v ďalšej časti práce. V prvej kapitole analytickej časti analyzujeme seniorský CR v Českej republike a v druhej kapitole sa zameriavame na konkrétne hoteli dvoch tried a ich služby poskytujúce seniorskému segmentu. V ďalšej kapitole analytickej časti porovnávame hotelové balíčky a ich služby pre seniorov prostredníctvom komparatívnej metódy. V závere analytickej časti vyhodnocujeme výsledky anketového a dotazníkového šetrenia. V záverečnej časti bakalárskej práce sú zhodnotené predchádzajúce zistenia a následne podaný návrh na zlepšenie ponuky balíkov a ďalších služieb hotelov pre seniorov.
