Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšením systému změnového řízení u firmy Kermi. Teoreticky se práce věnuje problematice změnových řízení, procesního management a workflow. V praktické části práce byl zanalyzován původní stav průběhu změnových řízení. This thesis deals with the improvement of the change management process in the company Kermi s.r.o.. Theoretically, the thesis deals with issues of change management, process management and workflow.
