Snad nikdy nebylo ve společnosti vzdělání tak oceňováno jak je dnes. Vědění je mnohem více, než pouhé učení. Vzdělání rovněž zabazpečuje přístup k informacím a zvyšuje schopnost komunikace. Výnosem však není jen zvýšení příjmu, nýbrž i ?nepeněžní? zisky spojené s lepším pracovním místem.
